ROYAL INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
Daniel Earhart and Jay Thomason are managing partners of Royal Investment Properties which is based in Lees Summit MO. The company cares about everyone it works with – before, during and after a transaction takes place. Daniel and Jay love to walk the land and hear stories about the history of particular properties. They listen emphatically to bring a solution to the table that benefits all parties involved. The team invests the time to build strong personal relationships with sellers and as a result earn their trust.
OUR STORY
2015: Humble Beginnings
Daniel founded Royal Investment Properties in 2015 as a way to supplement his income by investing in underappreciated rural vacant land. What started as a small side project quickly began to grow, indicating the potential for a more substantial business.
2018: A Partnership Forms
By 2018, the volume of transactions had increased significantly, prompting the need for additional help. Jay joined Daniel as a 50/50 partner, bringing in new energy and perspectives to the growing venture.
2022: Expansion and Growth
As the business continued to flourish, it became necessary to expand the team. In 2022, we hired Del to manage the marketing and acquisition side of Royal Investment Properties full-time. Del’s expertise helped streamline our processes and enhance our growth trajectory.
